- Rehab and widen Hwy 16 between FM 1332 and the McMullen-Atascosa county line starting late 2019.
- Widen Hwy 16 between Krause Road and the Medina-Bandera county line to include wider shoulders starting early 2020.
- Expand Hwy 16 between FM 1283 and the Medina-Bandera county line starting mid-2020.
- Expand Hwy 16 to four lanes with a center left-turn lane between Old San Antonio Road and Robindale East Road starting mid-2021.
- Expand FM 1560 between Hwy 16 and Loop 1604 to four lanes with raised medians, bike lanes and sidewalks beginning mid-2018.

- Add at least two lanes in each direction to I-35 between FM 1103 and downtown San Antonio starting mid-2020. This project includes segments in Comal, Guadalupe and Bexar counties.
- Add two lanes in each direction to Loop 1604 between Bandera Road and Redland Road, including managed lanes, beginning mid-2020. The MPO currently has the continuation of this expansion to I-35 listed for 2029.
- Widen FM 1103 to four lanes between I-35 and Rodeo Way starting early 2020. This project includes a large segment in Guadalupe County. This is not to be confused with the Cibolo Tollway project.
- Add at least two lanes in each direction to I-35 between FM 1103 and downtown San Antonio starting mid-2020. This project includes segments in Comal, Guadalupe and Bexar counties.
- Expand Hwy 46 to three lanes each way with a center left turn lane between Farhills Drive and Bentwood Drive in Bulverde beginning fall 2020.
- Expand FM 2252 to a four-lane road with raised center median between the Comal-Bexar county line and FM 3009 beginning late 2020.
- Rehab frontage roads of I-35 between FM 3352 and FM 462 starting mid-2018.
- Rehab and widen Hwy 85, including the addition of passing lanes, between I-35 and Business 35 in Dilley starting late 2019.
- Rehab and widen Hwy 85, including the addition of passing lanes, between Dilley and the Dimmit-Frio county line starting late 2019.
- Rehab and widen Hwy 85, including the addition of passing lanes, between Dilley and FM 1582 starting early 2020.
- A new overpass at the intersection of FM 117 and FM 1581 starting early 2022.
- Widen FM 1103 to four lanes between I-35 and Rodeo Way starting early 2020. This project includes a short segment in Comal County. This is not to be confused with the Cibolo Tollway project.
- Rehab and widen FM 1979, including expanded shoulder width, between Hwy 123 and FM 621 starting early 2020.
- Roadway repair on I-10 between Hwy 130 and Hwy 80 starting mid-2020.
- Add at least two lanes in each direction to I-35 between FM 1103 and downtown San Antonio starting mid-2020. This project includes segments in Comal, Guadalupe and Bexar counties.
- Rehab and widen FM 725 between FM 78 and the Comal-Guadalupe county line beginning late 2021.
- Expand FM 725 to four lanes, plus medians and sidewalks and bike lanes, between Zipp Road and the Comal-Guadalupe county line beginning late 2021.
- Add at least one lane in each direction to I-10 between the Guadalupe-Gonzalez county line and the Guadalupe-Bexar county line starting 2029. The segment through the city of Seguin is tentatively planned for 2024.
- Widen and expand Hwy 123 between the Guadalupe-Hays county line and the Guadalupe-Wilson county line (except through the city of Seguin) beginning 2029.
- Rebuild and expand the overpasses of US 87 at I-10 and of Hwy 46 at I-10, including conversion of I-10 frontage roads to one-way between Scenic Loop Road and Hwy 46, beginning mid-2018.
- Expand Hwy 46 between Herff and Amann roads to four lanes with raised medians and center left-turn lanes beginning mid-2018.
- Complete the westbound I-10 frontage road between US 87 and Hwy 46 and reconfigure eastbound operations between Hwy 46 and US 87 beginning late 2018.
- Convert I-10 frontage roads between Scenic Loop Road and the Kendall-Bexar county line to one way starting late 2026.

- Build new overpass on FM 471 at Hwy 211 beginning mid-2020.
- Expand Hwy 16 to a four-lane divided highway between the Medina-Bandera county line and the Medina-Bexar county line beginning mid-2020.
- Rehab US 83 between Uvalde and the Uvalde-Zavala county line beginning late 2020.
- Rehab US 87 between County Road 307 and FM 539 beginning mid-2018.
- Rehab and widen FM 1344 between FM 541 and the Wilson-Karnes county line, including the addition of shoulders, beginning late 2020.
- Rehab US 87 between FM 539 and FM 538 beginning late 2020.
- Build new overpass on US 181 at FM 775 beginning early 2022.
