Next week's construction-related closures

I-35 – Northeast San Antonio 

• Monday, August 20 until Friday, August 24. 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Various mainlanes and exit ramps on both directions at I-410 will be closed for cleaning inlets and manholes and illumination work. 

I-10 – West San Antonio

• Current until Monday, September 10. 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Westbound left frontage road lane between La Cantera Parkway and Rim Drive will be closed for traffic barrier placement. 
• Monday, August 20, 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Westbound left lane between Dominion Drive and Exit 551 will be closed for ingress and egress of concrete trucks. 

I-410 – West San Antonio

• Current and continuous until December 2018. Turnarounds, both directions, at Marbach Road. The turnarounds will remain closed while crews construct the new Marbach overpass bridge. Traffic will use the signalized intersection. 
• Current and continuous until December 2018. Northbound exit ramp to Marbach. The ramp will remain closed while crews reconstruct the road. Traffic will exit US Hwy 90 and continue along the frontage road to reach its destination. 

SH 16 (Bandera Road) – West San Antonio

• Current until December 2018. 24 hour closure. The westbound to eastbound Loop 1604 turnaround will be closed for modification of the turnaround as part of the operational improvements. 
• Monday, August 20 until Friday, August 24. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating lanes on both directions between Quincey Lee to Legend Trail will be closed for striping and concrete traffic barrier work. 

US 90 – West San Antonio

• Sunday, August 19 until Wednesday, August 22. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Two westbound mainlanes between I-35 to General Hudnell Drive will be closed for pavement repair work. 
• Friday, August 24 until Saturday, August 25. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The westbound to eastbound turnaround at Loop 1604 will be closed for direct connector deck pour work. DETOUR: Traffic will need to drive through the intersection to turnaround. 

Loop 1604 – West San Antonio

• Thursday, August 23 until Friday, August 24. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The southbound left frontage road lane between Military Drive to Westcreek Oaks Drive will be closed for metal beam guard fence work. 

U.S. Hwy 281 – Far North San Antonio

• Saturday, August 18. 2 a.m. until 7 p.m. All southbound frontage road lanes between Sonterra Boulevard entrance ramp and Loop 1604 westbound frontage road will be closed for setting beams. DETOUR: Traffic will need to take the Sonterra Boulevard entrance ramp; use the Donella Drive exit ramp; take the Donella Drive turnaround and turn left on the westbound frontage road. 
• Saturday, August 18. 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. The westbound left lane at Encino Rio will be closed for median curb work. 
• Sunday, August 19 until Tuesday, August 21, 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The northbound right mainlane between Encino Commons and TPC Parkway will be closed for restriping work. 
• Sunday, August 19 until Tuesday, August 21. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The westbound left lane at TPC Parkway will be closed for restriping work. 
• Monday, August 20 until Thursday, August 23. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. All southbound frontage road lanes between Sonterra Boulevard entrance ramp and Loop 1604 westbound frontage road will be closed for direct connector work. DETOUR: Traffic will need to take the Sonterra Boulevard entrance ramp; use the Donella Drive exit ramp; take the Donella Drive turnaround and turn left on the westbound frontage road. 
• Monday, August 20 until Friday, August 24. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The southbound left and center mainlanes between Sonterra Boulevard entrance ramp and Donella Drive exit ramp will be closed for direct connector work. 
• Monday, August 20 until Friday, August 24. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The northbound left and center mainlanes between Donella Drive entrance ramp and Sonterra Boulevard exit ramp will be closed for direct connector work. 
• Monday, August 20 until Saturday, August 25. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The southbound right frontage road lane between Sonterra Boulevard exit ramp and Sonterra Boulevard entrance ramp will be closed for installing delineators and pylons. 
• Monday, August 20 until Saturday, August 25. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The westbound left lane at Encino Commons Boulevard will be closed for restriping work. 
• Monday, August 20 until Sunday, August 26. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The northbound right and center lanes between Donella Drive and Sonterra Boulevard will be closed for retaining wall demolition. DETOUR: Traffic will use the Frontage Road exit near Donella Drive. Continue down the frontage road and reenter the highway at Sonterra Boulevard. 
• Wednesday, August 22 until Friday, August 24. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The northbound right lane between Sonterra Boulevard entrance and exit ramps will be closed for direct connector work. DETOUR: Use Frontage Road exit ramp. 

Loop 1604 – North San Antonio

• Saturday, August 18. 2 a.m. until 7 p.m. All westbound frontage road lanes between the US 281 southbound frontage and Stone Oak Parkway exit ramp will be closed for setting beams. DETOUR: Traffic will need to take the turnaround at US 281; continue west and take the Redland Road turnaround; use the Redland Road entrance ramp; and take the exit ramp to Stone Oak Parkway. 
• Monday, August 20 until Tuesday, August 21. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating westbound mainlanes between Huebner Road and Bitters Road will be closed for concrete traffic barrier work. 
• Tuesday, August 21 until Wednesday, August 22. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating eastbound mainlanes between Bitters Road and Huebner Road will be closed for concrete traffic barrier work. 
• Wednesday, August 22 until Thursday, August 23. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating westbound frontage road at Huebner Road will be closed for low profile concrete traffic barrier work. 
• Thursday, August 23 until Friday, August 24. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating eastbound frontage road at Huebner Road will be closed for low profile concrete traffic barrier work. 
• Friday, August 24 until Saturday, August 25. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating westbound frontage road at Bitters Road will be closed for low profile concrete traffic barrier work. 

State Highway 151 – West San Antonio

• Sunday, August 19 until Friday August 31. 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating westbound frontage road lanes between Castroville Road and Pinn Road will be closed for inlay and paving work. 
• Monday, August 20 until Friday, August 24. 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Alternating westbound frontage road lanes between Castroville Road and Pinn Road will be closed for installing metal beam guard fence. 

I-10 - Boerne

• Sunday, August 19 until Wednesday, August 22. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The right eastbound mainlane between 1 mile south of Fair Oaks Parkway and .4 miles north of Ralph Fair Road will be closed for relocating traffic barrier. 
• Sunday, August 19 until Monday, August 20. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The right westbound mainlane between .1 mile north of Ralph Fair Road and .1 mile south of Fair Oaks Parkway will be closed for relocating traffic barrier. 
• Monday, August 20 until Tuesday, August 21. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The right eastbound mainlane between .1 mile south of Fair Oaks Parkway and 1.8 miles north of Ralph Fair Road will be closed for relocating traffic barrier. 
• Monday, August 20 until Tuesday, August 21. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The right eastbound mainlane between 1 mile south of Fair Oaks Parkway and 1.8 miles north of Ralph Fair Road will be closed for relocating traffic barrier. 
• Thursday, August 23 until Friday, August 24. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The right mainlane on both directions between .1 mile south of Fair Oaks Parkway and .1 mile south of north of Ralph Fair Road will be closed for relocating traffic barrier. 

I-10 - Kerrville

• Sunday, August 19 until Wednesday, August 22. 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. Eastbound exit and entrance ramps at Exit 508 between FM 1338 (Goat Creek Road) and SH 16 will be closed for milling and paving operations. DETOUR: Traffic will exit to Harper Road (Exit 505). 
• Monday, August 20 until Friday, August 24. 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Alternating westbound mainlanes between FM 1338 (Goat Creek Road) and SH 16 will be closed for guardrail and pavement work. 
• Monday, August 20 until Tuesday, August 21. 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Eastbound exit ramps at Exit 501 between FM 1338 (Goat Creek Road) and SH 16 will be closed for installing mowstrip under the metal beam guard fence. DETOUR: Traffic will exit to Harper Road (Exit 505). 
• Monday, August 20 until Friday, August 24. 8 p.m. until 5 a.m. Westbound exit and entrance ramps at Exit 508 between FM 1338 (Goat Creek Road) and SH 16 will be closed for a milling and paving operation. DETOUR: Traffic will exit to Harper Road (Exit 505). 

Other roads – San Antonio

• Monday, August 20 until Friday, August 24. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. The center lane on both directions of FM 1957 (Potranco Road) between Leopard Claw and Rousseau Road will be closed for mill and overlay work. 

Other roads – Helotes

• Current and continuous until Friday, September 28. Northbound SH 16 at FM 1560. The left turn lane will close while crews do road work. No left turns will be permitted. Traffic will continue to the next intersection and turn around to reach its destination. Cross traffic from Circle A is also blocked. 
• Current until October 2018, 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. The intersection on both directions on SH 16 at Circle A Trail will be closed for center median work. 
• Monday, August 20 until Friday, August 24. 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Alternating lanes on both directions on SH 16 between ¼ mile south and ¼ north of Circle A Trail will be closed for hot mix work. 
• Monday, August 20 until Friday, August 24. 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Alternating lanes on both directions on FM 1560 between Riggs Road and City Hall will be closed for hot mix work. 

Other roads – Atascosa County

• Current until September 1. 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. Various northbound mainlanes on I-37 between Atascosa/Live Oak County Line and just north of US 281A for base repair work.
