The north-to-south turnaround on U.S. 281 and all
westbound lanes of Bitters Road will close while crews work on the overpass
bridge expansion. Eastbound lanes will remain open. Westbound traffic will use
the northbound frontage road of U.S. 281 and u-turn at Winding Way to continue
on Bitters Road. Expect delays.
