If heading west on the Eastbound Frontage Road, go thru the Gold Canyon Road intersection, use the turnaround at Redland Road, take the Redland Road entrance ramp and use the Stone Oak Parkway exit ramp.

DETOUR: on the Loop 1604 Westbound Frontage Road, turn left on the US 281 Southbound Frontage Road, take the turnaround at Donella Drive and use the US 281 Donella Drive entrance ramp.

  • Tuesday, August 13 until Wednesday, August 14. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. All westbound mainlanes from Scenic Loop Road to SH 46 for beam installation work.
  • Wednesday, August 14 until Thursday, August 15. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. All eastbound mainlanes from Scenic Loop Road to SH 46 for beam installation work.
  • Thursday, August 15 until Friday, August 16. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating eastbound mainlanes from Scenic Loop Road to SH 46 traffic barrier resetting work and pavement marking work.
I-10 – Far East San Antonio/Bexar County/Guadalupe County
  • Current until further notice. Eastbound entrance ramp from FM 1516. DETOUR: Take next entrance ramp east of Loop 1604.
  • Current until further notice. Eastbound Ackerman Road exit ramp will be closed through the summer. DETOUR: Eastbound I-10 and southbound I-410 traffic wishing to access Ackerman Road must take southbound I-410, exit at FM 1346/E. Houston St., turn around, and take the northbound frontage road to Ackerman Road.
  • Monday, August 12 until Wednesday, August 14. Nightly 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. FM 1516 will be closed under I-10 for demolition of the existing I-10 mainlane bridge. DETOUR: Northbound FM 1516 traffic will take the I-10 eastbound frontage road to Loop 1604, turn around, and take the I-10 westbound frontage road back to FM 1516. Southbound FM 1516 traffic will take the I-10 westbound frontage road to Foster Road, turn around, and take the I-10 eastbound frontage road back to FM 1516.
I-35 – Northeast San Antonio & Comal County
  • Monday, August 12 until Tuesday, August 13. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating southbound mainlanes from Schwab Road to FM 1103 for pavement marking work.
  • Tuesday, August 13 until Wednesday, August 14. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating southbound mainlanes from Schwab Road to FM 1103 for striping work.
I-410 – West San Antonio
  • Monday, August 12 until Friday, August 16. Daily 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The left southbound frontage road between Waters Edge to Marbach Road for removing low profile concrete work.
  • Monday, August 12 until Friday, August 16. Daily 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The left northbound frontage road between Marbach Road to Meadow Bend for removing low profile concrete work.
  • Friday, August 16 until Monday, August 19. Nightly 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. All northbound mainlanes between US 90 exit ramp to SH 151 entrance ramp for traffic switch. DETOUR: All traffic will be detoured the northbound frontage road to access the mainlanes after Marbach Road.
US 90 – West San Antonio
  • Current until Friday, August 16. Nightly 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. All west frontage road lanes between I-410 to Hunt Lane for removing low profile concrete barrier work. The I-410 southbound frontage road ramp to US 90 westbound frontage road will also be closed. DETOUR: Traffic will be detoured to the south and eastbound cloverleafs; continue on US 90 eastbound to the turnaround at Military to access the westbound mainlanes.
  • Monday, August 12 until Friday, August 16. Daily 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The left eastbound frontage road between Hunt Lane to I-410 for staging equipment.
  • Monday, August 12 until Friday, August 16. Daily 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The left westbound frontage road lane between Tomar Drive and Hunt Lane for staging equipment.
PA 1502 – Wurzbach Parkway
  • City of San Antonio closure for Hardberger Park Landbridge project. Monday, August 12 until Friday, August 16. Daily 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Right lane in both directions from FM 1535 (NW Military Hwy.) to FM 2696 (Blanco Road) for construction truck and equipment access.

FM 1976 – Walzem Road
  • Current until further notice. Daily 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Alternating southbound lanes from Woodlake Parkway until Gibbs Sprawl Road for barrier work (existing seven total lanes narrowed to three, with one in each direction and a two-way turn lane in the middle).
SH 46 – Boerne/Kendall County
  • Current until further notice. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Eastbound left lane from East Sharon Drive to Charger Boulevard for traffic switch (drivers diverted to the right side for construction access on the right side; left turn lane remains open).
  • Current until Sunday, August 18. Full time at intersections with Herff Ranch Boulevard and with Esperanza Boulevard/Copper Creek for closure and traffic switch associated with reconstruction of both intersections (including milling, striping, etc.).
SH 16 – Atascosa/McMullen County
  • Current until Saturday, August 30. Daily 5:30 a.m. until 7 p.m. Alternating lanes in both directions from FM 1332 to the Atascosa/McMullen County line for milling and inlay, bridge rail and guard fence work.
Other Roads – Bexar County
  • City of San Antonio project. Current until Wednesday, August 14. Daily 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Southbound left lane of North Pecos Street at Buena Vista for sidewalk and curb work.
