Loop 1604 – North Central San Antonio
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Full eastbound mainlane closure from the US 281 north exit ramp to the Redland Road entrance ramp for direct connector work. DETOUR: Use the US 281 north exit ramp, continue through the US 281 and Gold Canyon Road intersections and use the Gold Canyon Road entrance ramp.
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Full westbound mainlane closure from the US 281 north exit ramp to the US 281 entrance ramp for direct connector work. DETOUR: Use the US 281 north exit ramp, continue through the US 281 intersection and use the US 281 entrance ramp.
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Full westbound frontage road closure from the US 281 southbound frontage road to the Stone Oak Parkway exit ramp. DETOUR: Take the turnaround at US 281, continue east using the turnaround at Redland Road, take the Redland Road entrance ramp and use the Stone Oak Parkway exit ramp.
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Eastbound frontage road turnaround closure at US 281 for direct connector work. DETOUR: Turn left at the US 281 intersection then turn left again onto the westbound Loop 1604 frontage road.
  • Saturday, December 7 until Monday, December 9. Full weekend closure 2 a.m. until 5 a.m. Full eastbound mainlane closure from the US 281 north exit ramp to the Redland Road entrance ramp for direct connector work. DETOUR: Use the US 281 north exit ramp, continue through the US 281 and Gold Canyon Road intersections and use the Gold Canyon Road entrance ramp.

  • Monday, December 2 until Tuesday, December 3. Daily 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Right frontage road lane in both directions at FM 2252 (Nacagdoches Road) for traffic island work at the intersection.
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. One mainlane in both directions between Green Mountain Road and I-35 for new guard rail installation work.
  • Tuesday, December 3 until Thursday, December 5. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Full westbound mainlane closure between Redland Road and Green Mountain Road (including exit ramps) for pavement repair work.
  • Sunday, December 8 until Thursday, December 12. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Full westbound mainlane closure between Redland Road and Green Mountain Road (including exit ramps) for pavement repair work.
  • Monday, December 9 until Thursday, December 12. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Full eastbound mainlane closure between Redland Road and Green Mountain Road (including exit ramps) for pavement repair work.

US 281 – North Central San Antonio
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Full southbound mainlane closure from the Sonterra Boulevard exit ramp to the Donella Drive entrance ramp for direct connector work. DETOUR: Take the Sonterra Boulevard exit ramp, continue on the southbound frontage road, continue through the Loop 1604 and Donella Drive intersections and use the Donella Drive entrance ramp.
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Full southbound frontage road closure at Loop 1604 for direct connector work. DETOUR: Turn right on the westbound frontage road, take the turnaround at Stone Oak Parkway and turn right on the southbound frontage road.
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Northbound mainlane ramp closure of the north- to eastbound direct connector ramp for bridge work. DETOUR: Use the frontage road exit ramp, turn right on the Loop 1604 eastbound frontage road, if heading north, take the turnaround at Gold Canyon Road and turn right on the northbound frontage road. If heading west, continue on the eastbound frontage road through the Gold Canyon Road intersection, use the turnaround at Redland Road, take the Redland Road entrance ramp and use the Stone Oak Parkway exit ramp.
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating northbound mainlane closure from Loop 1604 to Marshall Road for paving and bridge work.
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating southbound mainlane closure from Marshall Road to Loop 1604 for paving and bridge work.
  • Saturday, December 7 until Monday, December 9. Full weekend closure 2 a.m. until 5 a.m. Full southbound mainlane closure from the Sonterra Boulevard exit ramp to the Donella Drive entrance ramp for direct connector work. DETOUR: Take the Sonterra Boulevard exit ramp, continue on the southbound frontage road, continue through the Loop 1604 and Donella Drive intersections and use the Donella Drive entrance ramp.
  • Saturday, December 7 until Monday, December 9. Full weekend closure 2 a.m. until 5 a.m. Full southbound frontage road closure at Loop 1604 for direct connector work. DETOUR: Turn right on the westbound frontage road, take the turnaround at Stone Oak Parkway and turn right on the southbound frontage road.
I-10 – Northwest San Antonio/Bexar County/Kendall County/Kerr County
  • Monday, December 2 until Saturday, December 7. Daily 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. Turnarounds at Balcones Creek in both directions for bridge work.
  • Saturday, December 14 until Sunday, December 15. 9 p.m. until 12 p.m. Full eastbound mainlane closure at Boerne Stage Road for bridge work. DETOUR: Traffic diverted to Ralph Fair Road exit onto frontage road, through Ralph Fair Road intersection (Ralph Fair Road closed in both directions over I-10) then through Boerne Stage Road intersection (Boerne Stage Road closed in both directions under I-10) and reenter mainlanes through entrance ramp east of Boerne Stage Road.
I-10 – Central San Antonio
  • Tuesday, December 3 & Thursday, December 5. 9 a.m. until 3 p.m. Westbound right mainlane and shoulder between Probandt and I-35 (including I-35 northbound exit ramp) for guard fence installation work.
I-10 – Far East San Antonio/Bexar County/Seguin/Guadalupe County
  • Current until further notice. Eastbound entrance ramp from FM 1516. DETOUR: Take next entrance ramp east of Loop 1604.
  • Current until further notice. Eastbound Ackerman Road exit ramp will be closed through the fall. DETOUR: Eastbound I-10 and southbound I-410 traffic needing to access Ackerman Road must take southbound I-410, exit at FM 1346/E. Houston St., turn around, and take the northbound frontage road to Ackerman Road.
I-35 – Central San Antonio/Northeast San Antonio/New Braunfels/Comal County
  • Monday, December 2 until Tuesday, December 3. 7:30 a.m. until 5 p.m. Southbound left frontage road lane at Post Road for utility work (Post Road closed until 5:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday, December 4 until Friday, December 20. Full-time closure. Southbound frontage road intersection at North Kowald Lane (including North Koward Lane closure) for culvert work.
I-37 – Central San Antonio
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nighty 8:30 p.m. until 5 a.m. Northbound right mainlane and shoulder between Boyer Street and I-10 (including I-10 westbound exit ramp) for guard fence installation work.
I-410 – West San Antonio
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Daily 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The right northbound frontage road lane between Military Drive to Ingram Road for removing high mast poles.
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Daily 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Alternating frontage road lanes in both directions between SH 151 to US 90 for staging equipment and trucks.
  • Tuesday, December 3 until Thursday, December 5. Nightly 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. All northbound mainlanes between SH 151 to Military Drive striping work. DETOUR: Traffic on I-410 will be detoured to the frontage road and enter at the next available entrance ramp. Traffic on SH 151 eastbound will exit to Cable Ranch Road and continue on the frontage road to access I-410 northbound.
  • Friday, December 6 until Monday, December 9. Full weekend closure 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. All southbound mainlanes between Culebra Road exit to the Marbach Road entrance ramp for striping and concrete barrier work. The SH 151 flyover will also be closed. DETOUR: Traffic on I-410 will be detoured to the frontage road and follow the posted detour.
US 90 – West San Antonio
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Daily 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Alternating frontage road lanes in both directions between I-410 to Hunt Lane for staging equipment and trucks.
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. All eastbound mainlanes between Ray Ellison Drive to I-410 for mill and overlay work. The east and northbound connector will also be closed. DETOUR: Traffic will be detoured to the frontage road and enter at the next ramp.
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 8 p.m. to 5 a.m. All westbound mainlanes between I-410 exit to Hunt Lane for mill and overlay work. DETOUR: Traffic will be detoured to the frontage road and enter at the next ramp.
SH 16 – Bandera Road
  • Sunday, November 24 until Wednesday, November 27. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Alternating lanes in both directions between Quincy Lee and Legend Trail for pavement marking work.
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Southbound right lane between Legend Trail and Cooter Brown’s for rail work.
FM 1516 – Far East San Antonio/Bexar County
  • Wednesday, December 4 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 7 p.m. until 5 a.m. Full closure in both directions under I-10 for bridge panel placement. DETOUR: Southbound FM 1516 traffic will take the westbound I-10 frontage road and turn around at Foster Road. Northbound FM 1516 traffic will take the eastbound I-10 frontage road and turn around at Loop 1604. Police officers will provide traffic control at the FM 1516 and Loop 1604 intersections.
FM 3351 – Ralph Fair Road
  • Saturday, December 14 until Sunday, December 15. 9 p.m. until 12 p.m. Full closure in both directions (except turnarounds) at I-10 for bridge work. DETOUR: Westbound traffic diverted to I-10 westbound frontage road to Old Fredericksburg turnaround to I-10 eastbound mainlanes; eastbound traffic diverted to I-10 eastbound frontage road, continue through Boerne Stage Road intersection (Boerne Stage Road closed in both directions under I-10) to Dominion Drive turnaround.
PA 1502 – Wurzbach Parkway
  • City of San Antonio closure for Hardberger Park Landbridge project. Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Daily 9 p.m. until 4 p.m. Right lane in both directions from FM 1535 (NW Military Hwy.) to FM 2696 (Blanco Road) for construction truck and equipment access.
  • City of San Antonio closure for Hardberger Park Landbridge project. Saturday, December 7. 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. Right lane in both directions from FM 1535 (NW Military Hwy.) to FM 2696 (Blanco Road) for construction truck and equipment access.

  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. Alternating lanes in both directions between Frio City Road and Quintana Road for asphalt patching work..
FM 1976 – Walzem Road/Gibbs Sprawl Road
  • Current until further notice. Daily 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Alternating southbound lanes between Woodlake Parkway and Gibbs Sprawl Road for barrier/pavement work (existing seven total lanes narrowed to three, with one in each direction and a two-way turn lane in the middle).
Other Roads – Bexar County
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Nightly 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Full westbound closure of Encino Rio approaching the US 281 intersection for bridge work. DETOUR: Turn right on the US 281 northbound frontage road and use the north- to southbound turnaround after Evans Road.
  • Saturday, December 14 until Sunday, December 15. 9 p.m. until 12 p.m. Full closure of Boerne Stage Road in both directions at I-10 for bridge work. DETOUR: Westbound traffic diverted to Ralph Fair Road turnaround; eastbound traffic diverted to Dominion Drive turnaround.
SH 46 – Boerne/Kendall County
  • Current until further notice. 9 p.m. until 5 a.m. Eastbound left lane from East Sharon Drive to Charger Boulevard for traffic switch (drivers diverted to the right side for construction access on the right side; left turn lane remains open).
FM 1376 – Sisterdale Road (Kendall County)
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Daily 7 a.m. until 7 p.m. Alternating lanes in both directions at various culvert locations between Wasp Creek and US 87 for temporary pavement work.
SH 16 – McMullen County
  • Monday, December 2 until Friday, December 6. Daily 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. Alternating southbound lanes between FM 1962 to McMullen-Duval County line (mile markers 686-700) for widening and excavation work.
