  • Friday, July 24 until Monday, July 27. Weekend closure 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. Loop 1604 closed under I-10 for overpass work. DETOURS: Northbound Loop 1604 traffic can take the I-10 eastbound frontage road and turn around at Pfiel Rd. Southbound Loop 1604 traffic can take the I-10 westbound frontage road and turn around at FM 1516.
